Special xPlan functions in covid times
xPlan has a number of special features that will help our users to prepare themselves for Social Distancing, due to Covid19. We have informed our users about these features and how to use them.

Furthermore there are options to reset the end date for vouchers, update membership end dates etc.
We see that around Europe spa’s are starting to offer Treatments Only, so without access to Sauna’s, Baths, restaurants etc. Using our Booking Engine they can setup a flow to ensure guests can make their booking Online and in Real-Time as well as directly paid online. All this while allowing the guest to select the time of their preference for their selected treatment.
And we are happy to see that most of our xPlan users enjoy the use of Online Gift Card sales, which are directly administered in xPlan.
